KEALIA POND NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE

Home to endangered native water birds, and hosts migratory ducks and shorebirds in fall, winter, and spring - one of the largest remaining natural ponds in Hawaii.

HAWAIIAN ISLANDS HUMPBACK WHALE
NATIONAL MARINE SANCTUARY

Established to protect the endangered Humpback Whale and its habitat, the Sanctuary has conducted ongoing research, education and long-term monitoring since 1997.

SUGAR BEACH

The Kihei section of Maui's longest beach stretching several miles west from North Kihei to Maalaea Wharf.
