The Accommodations Feature: The Sunset Studio - a large (25 ft. x 14 ft.) main room that includes kitchenette with all amenities, king size bed and queen size futon plus bath & laundry facilities. The Sunset Suite - a corner room with king size bed and bath. Includes use of the living room, kitchen, dining area and deck. Cable TV, phone with unlimited local calls. Pool & Gas BBQ grills for each unit. Free Wi-Fi. A caretaker / groundskeeper on site.

The Location: Hale Luana is located inside a coded security gate on tastefully landscaped grounds overlooking world-famous Sunset Beach only a two minute drive away. The Turtle Bay Resort is a 5 minute drive away and the laid back plantation town of Haleiwa is approximately 9 miles away.
Things to See & Do Nearby: Swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving. Surfing and whale watching. Sky diving and glider riding. Golf and horseback riding. Biking and hiking. Visit the Waimea Valley Audubon Center. Art galleries, shops and eateries in Haleiwa town.	Pool & Property
Rates and Policies: Sunset Studio - $165 per night for 2 ($20 per each add'l guest - sleeps 4). $100 Cleaning Fee (Studio). Sunset Suite - $195 per night for 2 (sleeps 2). $125 Cleaning Fee (Suite) Sunset Suite - there is a 2nd room which is $40/night for 1, $50 for 2, with a $25 cleaning fee. 3 night minimum stay. All rates subject to 11.4% tax. Deposit of 50% rent required to reserve units. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
